We believe sustainability should be visible not only in how olive oil is cultivated, but also in how it reaches the people who enjoy it.

For customers living in the area surrounding where we are based in Switzerland, we are delivering our olive oil personally by bicycle, free of charge. Within a radius of approximately ten kilometers, deliveries become part of the philosophy of the project itself: slower, more direct and more connected to everyday life.

This choice reflects the values that inspire our oils — endurance, simplicity and respect for the environment — while creating a more personal relationship with our local community.
The same philosophy guides the way we cultivate our olive groves in northern Istria.

Production remains intentionally small-scale, with careful attention to the balance of the local ecosystem. The demanding climate — shaped by rocky karst terrain, strong Bora winds and colder winters — naturally encourages a slower and more respectful approach to agriculture. These conditions help preserve biodiversity while limiting the need for intensive intervention.

We focus on maintaining healthy soils, protecting the longevity of our trees and harvesting with care to preserve the freshness, aroma and natural polyphenol content of the olives.
For us, sustainability is not a marketing concept. It is a way of cultivating, producing and sharing olive oil with authenticity and long-term responsibility.
