This tradition inspires our oils today. Produced by us from olives grown on our own land, close to the sea.
Our roots trace back to Istria, a land shaped by stone, wind and the Adriatic Sea. Part of our family came from small villages in this region generations ago, before history and borders transformed the peninsula. Like many others, they left their homeland and built a new life elsewhere, carrying with them traditions, memories and a deep connection to olive oil.
